JJ is a filmmaker, entrepreneur and product builder with more than 20 years' experience turning ideas into businesses and creative projects. At Tin Lemon, he leads product strategy — working out what to build, how it should work and how to turn an idea into something people actually want to use.
Emily Carter
Emily leads UX and visual design, turning complex ideas into products that feel simple, intuitive and beautifully considered. She works from first sketches and user journeys through to the final interface, making sure everything we build is as good to use as it is to look at.
Tom Bradley
Tom architects and builds the technology behind our products — from high-performance websites to complex platforms, SaaS products and AI-powered applications. He looks after the bits most people shouldn't have to think about: databases, APIs, integrations, infrastructure and making sure everything actually works.
Sophie Evans
Sophie keeps ideas moving from conversation to launch. She works closely with clients, coordinates projects, manages timelines and makes sure the hundreds of small details behind a successful build don't become the client's problem. In short: she keeps the tin from rolling off the table.
