I Have an App Idea. What Do I Do Next?
You don't need a spec, a CTO or a pitch deck. You need to get clear on three things.
Short answer
Write down who it's for, the one problem it solves, and what someone does in the first five minutes. That's enough to start a useful conversation with a studio.
Don't start with features
Feature lists grow; problems stay the same size. Describe the problem in a sentence your mum would understand.
Then describe the moment someone's life gets slightly better because your product exists.
Test the smallest version
Most ideas are better served by a focused MVP than a complete product. Build the core loop, get it into real hands, then decide what's next.
Find people who'll tell you the truth
A good studio will tell you what not to build. That's often the most valuable part of the conversation.
